Where does the Trolley depart from?

Are the Trolleys wheelchair accessible?


The Trolleys are not wheelchair accessible. We do offer a storage area in the Trolley Depot and we are happy to hold your wheelchair while you are on the tour. There are three stairs entering the Trolley.




Are pets allowed on the Trolley?


Well behaved small lap dogs on a leash are allowed on the Trolley. We ask that dogs that bark on moving velicles, or dogs that are not friendly with kids or other dogs should refrain from riding the Trolley.




Is this a "Hop On / Hop Off" Trolley?


Sedona Trolley offers beautiful fully narrated scenic tours with photo stops during each tour. We are not a City transoprtation hop on/hop off shuttle.




Are there photo stops on the tours?


With a City as beautiful as Sedona we want you to take many pictures. We stop at the Chapel of the Holy Cross for approx 15 minutes on Tour A. We also have two photo stops in Boynton Canyon on Tour B. The trolleys are open along the sides (weather permitting) to take wonderful pictures during the tours.




Can babies ride the Trolley? What about strollers?


Babies can ride with you on the Trolley (18 months or younger are free). They will be on your lap throughout the entire tour. Although strollers and car seats are not permitted on the Trolley, we are happy to offer free storage in the Trolley Depot while you are on your tour.




Where can I find parking?


There is metered street parking in front of the Trolley Depot. The City also provides free parking lots all around us. Follow the free parking signs. Click Here for City parking info. We highly encourage you to allow extra time to find parking... especially during the busier seasons, weekends, holidays, etc.




Can I take beverages or snacks on the Trolley?


Absolutely! We have 15% off discount coupons to three local restaurants as well as Starbucks, Sabrina's Ice Cream & Smoothies. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.




What is your cancelation policy?


Sedona Trolley operates 7-days a week, rain or shine. We understand sometimes plans change. Although there is a no-refund policy, we are happy to reschedule your tour for another time or day (based on availability) with at least a 48-hour advance notification from you.




Does the Trolley operate in inclement weather?


Yes, we run the tours 7-days a week, rain or shine. During nice weather we open the side windows so you can feel the fresh air. During inclement weather the clear sides are rolled down.




How do I get to Sedona Trolley from Phoenix, Flagstaff, or the Village of Oak Creek?


From Phoenix: I-17 north to State Route 260 (Exit 287 at Camp Verde) / turn left toward Cottonwood / in about 12 miles turn right on State Route 89A / continue north 16 miles into Sedona / proceed through eight signaled intersections and then through two roundabouts / continue straight one more block into Uptown Sedona. Our Depot is on the right, adjacent to the pedestrian traffic signal in the middle of Uptown. From Flagstaff: I-17 south three miles to State Route 89A (Sedona) / continue south through Oak Creek Canyon and into Uptown Sedona (about 26 miles). Our Depot is on the left, adjacent to the pedestrian traffic signal in the middle of Uptown. From the Village of Oak Creek: State Route 179 north to State Route 89A (about 7 miles) /turn right on 89A (this intersection is the “Y”) / continue one more block into Uptown Sedona. Our Depot is on the right, adjacent to the pedestrian signal in the middle of Uptown.




How far in advance should I make a reservation?


It's always better to book your tour as far in advance as possible. In high season tours do sell out. Click here to book online to reserve your tour.




What time should I check in for my tour?


We ask everyone to check in at the Sedona Trolley Depot (276 N State Route 89A, Suite B) 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Please note that the roads and parking can get busy at times, so please allow yourself extra time to find parking.
