Parking and Traffic InformationThere is metered parking on the opposite side of Route 89A from the Sedona Trolley Office. The City of Sedona provides free parking lots. Click Here to go to the parking map of Uptown Sedona. Please allow an extra 20-60 minutes to find parking, as Sedona traffic patterns can be heavy and unpredictable on the weekends and during all holidays. Typical Springtime busy-season lasts from Mid February through the end of May. Typical Autumn busy-season lasts from September through late November. Traffic patterns can be heavy and unpredictable in the off-season as well. These traffic patterns sometimes equate to extended and/or delayed tour times.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?It's best to book your tour as far in advance as possible. In high season tours sell out quickly. Click here to book online to reserve your tour.

What time should I check in for my tour?Check in at the Sedona Trolley Office (276 N State Route 89A, Suite B) a minimum of 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Please refer to the Parking And Traffic section of the FAQS page for more information.

Does the Trolley operate in inclement weather?We operate 7-days a week, rain or shine. Our Trolleys are OPEN AIR during nice weather conditions. During inclimate weather, we close the see-through windows to keep you cozy, while still offering stunning views!

Are there photo stops on the tours?Each tour offers a 15-20 minute photo stop. Tour A stops at the very top of the hill at The Chapel of the Holy Cross. Tour B stops in the Fay Canyon Trailhead parking area, 4 miles deep into one of Sedona's major canyon areas.

Can I take beverages or snacks on the Trolley?Non-Alcoholic beverages are welcome on the trolley! We have 15% off discount coupons to 4 local restaurants as well as Sabrina's Ice Cream & Smoothies. Alcoholic beverages and food items are not permitted on the trolley.

Can babies ride the Trolley? What about strollers?Babies are welcome on the Trolley (18 months or younger are free of charge). Infants 18 months and under are required to be on your lap throughout the entire tour. Strollers can be stored in the Sedona Trolley Office during your tour.

Is this a "Hop On / Hop Off" Trolley?"Sedona Trolley offers beautiful fully narrated scenic tours with photo stops during each tour. There is NOT a hop-on/hop-off trolley in Sedona.

Are the Trolleys wheelchair accessible?The Trolleys are not wheelchair accessible. We do offer temporary storage in the Sedona Trolley Office for scooters, strollers, and wheelchairs.

Are pets allowed on the Trolley?Well behaved small lap dogs on a leash are allowed on the Trolley. Dogs that bark on moving vehicles, and dogs that are not friendly with strangers/ other dogs are not premitted on the trolley.

What is your cancelation policy?Sedona Trolley operates 7-days a week, rain or shine. We understand sometimes plans change. Although there is a no-refund policy, we are happy to reschedule your tour for another time or day (based on availability).

How do I get to Sedona Trolley from Phoenix, Flagstaff, or the Village of Oak Creek?"From Phoenix: I-17 north to State Route 260 (Exit 287 at Camp Verde) / turn left toward Cottonwood / in about 12 miles turn right on State Route 89A / continue north 16 miles into Sedona / proceed through eight signaled intersections and then through two roundabouts / continue straight one more block into Uptown Sedona. Our Depot is on the right, adjacent to the pedestrian traffic signal in the middle of Uptown. From Flagstaff: I-17 south three miles to State Route 89A (Sedona) / continue south through Oak Creek Canyon and into Uptown Sedona (about 26 miles). Our Depot is on the left, adjacent to the pedestrian traffic signal in the middle of Uptown. From the Village of Oak Creek: State Route 179 north to State Route 89A (about 7 miles) /turn right on 89A (this intersection is the “Y”) / continue one more block into Uptown Sedona. Our Depot is on the right, adjacent to the pedestrian signal in the middle of Uptown.
