Are the tours narrated? Yes.
Our tour guides provide an entertaining and informative narration throughout the tours.
- Do we take reservations? No.
Individual tickets for the daily scheduled tours are sold on a first come first served basis. We do not take reservations. Reservations are required to charter a trolley. Please call the Group Sales office at 928.282.5400 to charter a trolley for your group.
- Are the trolleys heated/air-conditioned? Yes & No.
The Sedona Trolley is an open air tour company. However, the trolleys can be fully enclosed in inclement or chilly weather and are fully heated. Lap blankets are available. In summer the interior is always shaded and large open windows allow breezes to cool things off comfortably.
- Are we wheelchair accessible? Kind of.
The Sedona Trolley is happy to accept folding wheelchairs with folks who are capable of walking up three steps. We do this all the time. We do not have a wheelchair ramp or lift, so we cannot accommodate motorized wheelchairs.
- Can we bring food and drinks on board during the tours? Yes
You are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages on board.
- Are alcoholic beverages allowed on the trolley? No.
Arizona state law prohibits open containers of alcohol on a vehicle without a physical barrier between the driver and passengers.
- Are the seats cushioned? Yes.
The trolleys have cushioned benches, so they are comfortable for all ages during the tours.
- Are pets allowed on the tours? No.
For the safety of the pets and our passengers, our insurance plan prohibits allowing animals other than service dogs on board during the tour.
